They are with you the entire time to make sure that your event is perfect and going according to the plan that you have set. Coordinators take almost everything off of your plate so that you can fully enjoy your time building memories with family and friends!

So many ways! A day of coordinator does what is needed to make your dreams come to life. They make sure everything is set up how you need it, including decor, food items, seating charts, cleanup and more. A coordinator can help you build a timeline, and help you and your guests stay on that timeline. They keep the schedule for all other vendors and will coordinate with them and act as a manager so that you can trust that your day will go by smoothly. After all, a team functions better with a leader!
How much do they cost?
Typically coordinators are independent contractors who set their own prices. Some have a set price for the day and others set an hourly rate based on what all you may need from them. In Oklahoma the average price of a day of coordinator is between 800$ and 2,000$.
