What are the alchohol policies at the Hidden Porch?
Yes we allow alcohol. The additional fee provides the bartender and security guard. We HAVE to provide them, and no hard liquor.
How many guests can The Hidden Porch accomodate?
Guest capacity outside is 220 inside chapel is 115.
How much is the retainer to reserve my date?
$700 to save your special date.
Where are you located exactly?
Our exact location is 4883 E Hwy-266 Catoosa, OK 74015.
When is the rest of the balance due?
Payments are due quarterly from your wedding/event date; fully paid off 2 months from your wedding date
Do I need to bring my own decorations?
Yes, you’ll need to provide your own decorations unless you add in the packages that include them.
Do you have hotel options available for my out of town guests?
Yes, we have a few hotels located about 9 miles from our venue. We can provide a shuttle service
What is the advantage of booking the All-inclusive Package?
The biggest advantage to booking the all inclusive package with us is it elevates most of the stress of planning a wedding. We talk to your vendors, we book them, you do not have worry about paying 8 different people as we take care of all invoicing, and overall you get to enjoy the wedding more because the stress of making it perfect is left up to us!
Am I allowed to bring in outside vendors or do I have to use The Hidden Porch's proven vendors?
You may choose to bring in any vendor of your choice. However, we have established relationships with some of the best vendors in the area. We provide that list of vendors after booking the Hidden Porch.
Will I be charged extra if my vendors go over the allotted time?
If the vendors or you go over the allotted time you rented the venue part or all of your damage deposit is kept, unless discussed prior and agreed on by owner and client.
Do you keep my credit card on file?
We do not keep credit cards on file.
Do you do any events other than weddings?
We can accommodate all life’s celebrations, parties and events.
