Our catering starts out at $18 per person

These are our main options, but we are capable of almost all food options so don’t hesitate to ask for something else!

• Assortment of Cheese and Crackers

• Vegetable Medley Served with Creamy Ranch Dip

• Fresh Seasonal Fruit Display

• Cowboy Caviar (pepper and onion dip)

• Chicken Salad sandwiches served on mini-croissants

• Ham and Cheese Sliders – Thinly Sliced Ham and Swiss Cheese served on Hawaiian Sweet Roll seasoned with Hot Buttery Sauce.

 

Mashed Potato Bart

Seasoned Mashed Potatoes with your choice all of the following:

• BBQ Brisket

• Chili Lime Chicken w/onions & peppers

• Southern Style Mac-N-Cheese

• Sour Cream and Shredded Cheese.

• Rolls

Taco Bar 

Hot Flour Tortillas and Crisp Taco Shells along with a display of all of the following:

• Seasoned Beef and Mexican Shredded Chicken

• Seasoned Refried Beans, Fiesta Rice, Salsa, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese, Diced Onions, Jalapenos, Shredded Romaine Lettuce and Chopped Tomatoes.

Classic Bar-b-que Dinner 

Perfectly Smoked Chopped Beef served with Fresh Dollar Rolls served with the following:

• Down Home hot Potato Salad OR Southern Cold Potato Salad

• Southern Style Sweet Baked Beans

• Fresh Coleslaw

• Display of Sweet Onions and Sliced Dill Pickles and Potato Chips

All foods are beautifully arranged on tables. All flatware including plates, forks, cups, napkins, and serving utensils for catering will be provided. All set-up, cleanup, and maintenance of serving tables will be included.

Payment: ½ due when catering head count is confirmed. Balance due one week before.
